Yes. We can provide mobile detailing at homes, workplaces, and other approved locations as long as there is a safe and suitable place to work. For apartments, condos, HOAs, or commercial properties, please make sure mobile detailing is permitted at the location.

Weather conditions can affect certain services, especially exterior detailing and paint protection. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform your service properly, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling or an alternative solution.

We come to your home, workplace, or another approved location with our own professional equipment, water, power, and detailing products. You don't need to drive anywhere or wait at a shop—we bring the service to you.

No. Door2Door Detailing normally brings our own water and equipment. In the unlikely event of an equipment issue or emergency, we may ask for access to a water source as a temporary backup.

0–20 miles is free, 20–30 miles is +$20, 30–40 miles is +$30, and 40+ miles requires contacting us for availability and pricing.

Please remove personal belongings and trash from your vehicle before your appointment. This allows us to focus on cleaning and detailing your vehicle properly. If significant trash or personal belongings need to be removed, a $15–$20 surcharge may apply.

Our listed prices cover vehicles in normal condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, heavy stains, severe pet hair, or conditions requiring significantly more time. We will communicate any applicable additional charge before performing the additional work.

Yes. Pet hair removal, seat shampoo, carpet shampoo, and spot treatments are available as add-on services. We use professional cleaning methods to achieve the best possible results. However, heavy, deep-set, or permanent stains may not be completely removable. Results depend on the type of stain, how long it has been present, and the condition and material of the surface. We cannot guarantee 100% stain removal, but we will always do our best to improve the appearance of the affected area.

Our 1-Step Paint Correction can improve the appearance of many light-to-moderate paint imperfections. Results depend on the depth and condition of the paint. Deeper scratches may not be completely removable. The standalone 1-Step Paint Correction package is exterior only and does not include interior detailing.
